We are looking for Experienced Chef, Barista and Food Counter

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

CHEF

• Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment.

• Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.

• Cook food in timely manner.

• Delegate tasks to kitchen staff.

• Inform Counter staffs about the daily specials.

• Supervise Cooks and assist as needed.

• Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests.

• Monitor Food stocks and place orders.

• Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.

• Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients

• Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations within the Kitchen area.

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook.

• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment.

• Advance knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques.

• Leadership Skills.

• Excellent Time management abilities.

• Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.

• Familiarity with sanitation regulations

• Culinary school Diploma preferred

BARISTA

Duties and Responsibilities

• Making and Serving Beverages such as Coffee, Tea and Shakes

• Explain Menu items to customers and ensure the customers and comfortable and satisfied

FOOD COUNTER

• Placing food in display cases

• Attending to customers’ requests

• Serving food or packaging it for takeaway

• Maintaining cleanliness

• Accepting payments.
