Are you detail-oriented with a background in Accounting & Finance? Manage our financial transactions and reporting processes.

• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain accurate month-end records by examining all financial statements.

• Facilitate a smooth yearly audit process

• Follow standard business and finance protocols to disclose the organization's financial reports regularly.

• Follow the standard operating procedure of national and state finance laws strictly. E.g. : corporate tax regulations

• Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns including quarterly VAT returns

• Handling payroll processing, WPS/Deductions, Staff Loans, and other records related to payroll, preparing pay slips

• Reconciliation of Supplier and Customer, Inventory, and bank reconciliations.

• Oversee financial operations including P&L, balance sheets, and various financial reports such as sales, cost, and margin reports

• Manage weekly cash flow along with future cash flow projections

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization.

Requirements: 3 years commercial sector experience, part-qualified in ACCA/CIMA/Chartered.
