Positions: Telesales Executive

Salary: AED2,500 – AED4,000 per month

Responsibilities:

Contact prospects and existing customers to inform them about new Etisalat Plans and offers.

Appropriately offer products to clients to make a sale or generate a lead.

Initiate sales over the phone through cold-calling to promote Etisalat Post Paid plans and offers.

Keep up-to-date on all products and inform customers of new products.

Go the “extra mile” to meet given targets and facilitate future sales.

Keep abreast of the latest developments in Etisalat.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection pressure.

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

Similar experience in Du or Etisalat sales preferred.

Visa status: Sponsor or Own Visa (Female preferred).

Language: Fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu. Only Indians and Pakistanis.

Candidate should have very good communication and convincing skills.
