Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Office Security Guard to maintain the safety and security of our office premises, employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate should be professional, disciplined, and fully compliant with UAE security standards and licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct regular patrols of the office building, surrounding areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism.

· Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems; report unusual or suspicious activity.

· Control and screen access to the facility, checking identification and authorizing entry.

· Ensure safety protocols are followed by staff and visitors at all times.

· Respond promptly to emergencies (medical, fire, security) and coordinate with relevant authorities.

· Prepare and maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and daily activity records.

· Assist in crowd management during events or peak office hours.

· Enforce company policies and UAE laws regarding prohibited items, behavior, and safety.

· Conduct security orientation for new employees or visitors when needed.

· Coordinate with the security control room and other guards to ensure effective communication and response.

Minimum Qualifications

· Valid SIRA Security Guard License / Card – Issued by Security Industry Regulatory Authority. This includes completion of the required SIRA training program and successful licensing.

o Note: Candidates without SIRA certification are not permitted to work legally as security guards in the UAE.

· SIRA Card / License is required

· Previous experience as a security guard is a must.

· Basic proficiency in English (spoken & written). Additional language skills are an advantage.

· Good physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

· Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Professional appearance and demeanor.

? Valid UAE Work Permit / Residency Visa.

? Clean legal and security background check per UAE regulations.

Preferred Attributes

  • Familiarity with UAE emergency response procedures.
  • Training in First Aid / CPR.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Calm and authoritative under pressure.
