• Arrange travel bookings, visa processes, and related logistics.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Provide administrative and executive support to the CEO and management team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative or office management experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational ability with multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written) — mandatory.
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
