Key Responsibilities:
Assist and offer our cars to the Hotel Guests
Supervise and manage a team of professional chauffeurs
Coordinate guest pick-ups/drop-offs with hotel concierge teams
Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready at all times
Monitor driver performance and enforce service standards
Maintain accurate logs and daily schedules for hotel transfers
Handle guest complaints, delays, and resolve transport-related issues promptly
Manage shift planning, vehicle rotation, and driver attendance
Communicate with hotel management and internal operations team effectively
Requirements:
Knowledge of Dubai roads, airports, and hotel locations
Communication and leadership skills
