About the Role:

Al Marwan Group is looking for a professional and organized Female Secretary fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage office tasks with efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to management and various departments
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Prepare and organize official documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain efficient filing and documentation systems
  • Coordinate travel bookings, accommodations, and logistics
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and support as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional demeanor with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
