Sales Coordinator- Printing Press Walk-In Interview

Job Description

1. Liaise with the graphic design team to ensure timely delivery of designs.

2. Communicate feedback from the sales team or clients to the designers for revisions or improvements.

3. Act as the bridge between the sales team and production departments, ensuring seamless communication.

4. Update the sales team on job progress, delays, or any challenges affecting delivery timelines.

5. Work closely with dummy makers to confirm the accuracy and quality of mock-ups.

6. Coordinate with the CTP department for pre-press activities, ensuring all jobs meet the required specifications and deadlines.

7. Maintain detailed records of job orders, revisions, and approvals.

8. Track the progress of jobs from initiation to completion, ensuring all stakeholders are informed at every stage.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent (technical diploma in printing is a plus)

· 1–3 years of experience in a printing press.

· Knowledge of offset printing.
