The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, preparing quotations, handling supplier negotiations, and developing new business opportunities. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end sales and purchasing process. Key Responsibilities:Purchasing & Supplier Coordination: Contact suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and product availability. Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to optimize cost efficiency. Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities. Ensure timely procurement of materials based on client inquiries. Sales & Business Development: Respond to inquiries from contracting companies and prepare quotations. Follow up on submitted quotations to convert inquiries into confirmed orders. Identify and approach potential clients, including procurement teams of various companies, to generate new business. Build and maintain a strong client network for long-term business growth. Order & Delivery Management: Coordinate order deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment. Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to track shipments. Address and resolve any order-related issues, including delays or discrepancies. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in sales and purchasing, preferably in building materials. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred). Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple supplier and client relationships effectively. Knowledge of the UAE construction and building materials market. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
