Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Real Estate HR Executive to oversee and manage the human resources functions across our real estate operations. This role requires an individual with proven HR experience in the real estate sector, who can provide strategic leadership and support in recruitment, talent development, performance management, compliance, and employee relations.

  • Lead the recruitment efforts for various real estate positions including agents, office staff, property managers, and corporate roles.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making final hiring decisions.
  • Employee Onboarding & Training:
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they are set up for success in their roles.
  • Organize ongoing training programs to enhance employee skills, focusing on real estate-specific knowledge, compliance, and customer service.
  • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure alignment of company policies and objectives.
  • Performance Management & Succession Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management system.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide guidance for professional development.
  • Identify and nurture high-potential employees for future leadership positions within the company.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration:
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and the administration of compensation packages for all employees.
  • Ensure that compensation structures are competitive within the real estate industry and comply with legal standards.
  • Compliance & Legal:
  • Stay current on real estate industry regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure that all HR processes adhere to state, federal, and local regulations.
  • Cultural & Organizational Development:
  • Promote and enhance a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company’s core values and mission.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities, employee engagement initiatives, and events that strengthen team morale and cohesion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate industry regulations and employment laws.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in HR software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
