Job Overview:

Joseph Digital Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline logistics operations for our growing digital business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the transportation, storage, and delivery of digital signage equipment, materials, and technology-related components across various project locations. This role is vital to ensuring timely project execution and efficient inventory control, while complying with company policies and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for digital equipment, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of goods.
  • Manage logistics documentation such as LPOs, delivery notes, customs clearance forms, and freight documents.
  • Liaise with vendors, courier services, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain stock for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Schedule deliveries and installations in coordination with project managers and technical teams.
  • Track shipments and resolve delays or issues with freight forwarders and transportation providers.
  • Ensure adherence to all UAE customs regulations and logistics best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions, material movement, and project-related deliveries.
  • Support warehouse and asset management, including tagging, tracking, and returns.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize cost and improve delivery efficiency through vendor comparison and performance evaluation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination, preferably within the digital solutions, IT, AV, or signage industry in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of customs regulations, shipping documentation, and clearance procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), logistics systems, and inventory management tools.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach to work in a fast-paced environment.
