Job Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly Female - Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support to our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and agents in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with all necessary materials (brochures, property listings, etc.).

Administrative Support:

  • Manage office calendars, schedule meetings, and set appointments for real estate agents.
  • Assist in handling emails, correspondence, and inquiries from clients.
  • Maintain and organize office documents, contracts, and client records.
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory.

Customer & Client Assistance:

  • Provide property information to walk-in clients and answer general real estate inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing and updating property listings, flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with clients for property visits, meetings, and document collection.

Coordination & Support:

  • Work closely with real estate agents and property managers to support their daily tasks.
  • Assist in organizing company events, property exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.

Data Entry & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.
  • Generate reports related to office operations and real estate transactions.
  • Support HR or management in administrative duties when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role (real estate experience is a plus).
