Job Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards
Provide recommendations and answer customer questions about the menu
Ensure tables are set properly and maintain a clean dining area
Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately
Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Uphold health and safety regulations and follow restaurant policies
Requirements
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a European or fine dining restaurant is preferred
Strong knowledge of European cuisine and beverages is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and customer-focused
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
