Duties
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage calendar appointments and scheduling for staff members.
Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain an organized filing system for office documents and records.
Provide administrative support, including data entry and document preparation.
Assist with office management tasks to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
Utilize Google Suite for various administrative functions, including document creation and spreadsheet management.
Offer bilingual support to clients as needed, enhancing communication with diverse populations.
Requirements
Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
Strong calendar management skills to coordinate appointments effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing files and documents.
