Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and experienced Head of Reception and Complaint Department to join our team .
This leadership role requires someone who can effectively manage the front desk team, ensure smooth patient flow, handle customer complaints with professionalism and care, and enhance overall patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise the reception team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Train and guide reception staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
Monitor attendance, performance, and workflow of the reception team.
Handle patient complaints with professionalism, empathy, and timely follow-up.
Coordinate with medical and administrative departments to resolve issues efficiently.
Implement strategies to improve reception services and patient satisfaction.
Prepare and submit departmental reports and KPIs to the management.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial front desk/reception role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Arabic.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using reception/CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
