Job Description

Nomi Interior Design is a growing interior design firm specializing in creating bespoke spaces for residential, retail, and commercial projects. We have a brilliant team in house and we are looking for someone likeminded and positive and proactive, we are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Manager to join our dynamic team and support the company’s administrative and financial operations as we scale to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

· Oversee payroll, salaries, and employee benefits.

· Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing.

· Monitor the company’s P&L and provide regular financial reports to the leadership team.

· Maintain an accurate overview of outgoings and budgets.

Administrative Oversight:

· Update and maintain key company documents, including trade licenses and regulatory compliance records.

· Ensure all company policies, procedures, and documentation are up-to-date and accessible.

Health Insurance and Compliance:

· Manage the company’s health insurance policies, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.

· Act as the point of contact for any health insurance-related queries or issues.

Human Resources Support:

· Maintain accurate records of staff documents, including visas, contracts, and certifications.

· Track and manage staff sick days, leave requests, and attendance.

· Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless introduction to the company.

Other Responsibilities:

· Proactively identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and implement effective solutions.

· Provide general administrative support to the team and leadership as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Proven experience in administrative management, finance, or a related role.

· Strong organidational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Familiarity with UAE labor laws, health insurance, and trade license requirements is a plus.

· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
