Job Description:



Innovex Agency is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Employee to join our team. As an HR employee, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring the company maintains a positive and compliant work environment. Additionally, you must have a strong command of Zoho One, specifically Zoho People, to manage HR processes efficiently. You will also focus on improving employee knowledge, creating company policies, and supporting the development of talent within the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, conducting interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
  • Use Zoho People (Zoho One) to manage employee records, time tracking, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement effective training and employee knowledge improvement programs.
  • Create and maintain company policies that align with labor laws and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, inquiries, and HR-related issues.
  • Support the onboarding process using Zoho People and ensure new employees are integrated effectively.
  • Collaborate with leadership to foster talent development and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure the company's HR policies and procedures are compliant with UAE labor laws and industry standards.
  • Handle employee relations and assist in resolving conflicts, disputes, and performance issues.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits, compensation programs, and performance management systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably within a creative or tech environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Zoho One, especially Zoho People, for HR management.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, employee knowledge improvement, and training programs.
  • Ability to create and implement company policies in line with UAE labor laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours & Days:

  • 5 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Hiring Process:

Round 1: Initial Screening

  • Review of resume and HR-related experience, especially with Zoho People and Zoho One.
  • Discussion on recruitment, employee knowledge improvement, and policy creation.

Round 2: Practical Assignment & Final Evaluation

  • Candidates will be given a task to demonstrate their HR skills, such as creating an employee onboarding plan or drafting a basic HR policy.
  • Presentation and discussion of their work, followed by feedback and refinement.
