QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Civil Engineering or related technical field is highly preferred.

· Ability to take initiative and work independently to establish and manage work priorities.

· Computer literate with experience using Microsoft office and other data entry programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).

· With Autocad experience is advantage.

· Can encode data with speed and accuracy.

· Ability to quickly process and organize information.

· Strong communication (oral and written) skills and coordination abilities to work with client, engineer and field technicians.

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent multi-tasking and high attention to detail.

· Expert in file management (both digitally and manually).

· Adherence to company standards and meet set schedules and deadlines.

· Excellent in maintaining report logs of in-progress and/or completed work.

· Can prepare and maintain technical documentation, plans and work orders.

· Ability and willingness to work well under pressure and exceed client expectations.
