Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, providing product training when required, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams in both Arabic and English. The role also involves translating documents from English to Arabic and managing multiple tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues.
  • Deliver product training to customers when required.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, ensuring clear communication in both Arabic and English.
  • Translate documents, emails, and other materials accurately from English to Arabic and Arabic to English.
  • Handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues.
  • Assist the presales team with translations, customer communications, and coordination.
  • Support the sales and operations teams by providing necessary customer insights.
  • Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong translation skills (English ? Arabic) with attention to accuracy and context.
  • Previous experience in similar role is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of software solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities efficiently.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle tasks professionally.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
