Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
• Oversee and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with VAT and other tax regulations in the UAE.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Develop, monitor, and manage budgets for various projects.
• Provide financial forecasts and insights to support strategic decision-making.
3. Real Estate-Specific Accounting:
• Track and manage transactions related to leasing, property management, and development projects.
• Reconcile client and vendor accounts, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
4. Audit and Compliance:
• Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records comply with regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting standards relevant to the real estate industry.
5. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and insights.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
6. Integration with Technology:
• Utilize tools like Zoho Books or QuickBooks for accounting and ensure seamless integration with CRM platforms like Bitrix24.
• Explore AI-driven solutions for automating routine accounting tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT laws and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
