Position Overview:


As a Real Estate Administrator at Amazon Real Estate, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the business. This includes handling property listings, managing Ejari registration, ensuring compliance with RERA guidelines, and drafting contracts for sales and lease transactions. This position is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in real estate administration who is eager to contribute to a growing, dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:


Property Listings Management:

Create, update, and maintain property listings across various platforms to ensure they are accurate and current.

Ejari Registration:

Handle the Ejari registration process for rental properties, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and submitted in a timely manner.


RERA Compliance:

Maintain and ensure compliance with RERA regulations. This includes managing RERA card registrations, updating records, and making sure transactions are compliant with current laws.Assist in creating and reviewing property contracts, including lease and sale agreements, ensuring they align with legal standards and client requirements.Communicate effectively with clients, property owners, and tenants to coordinate services, resolve issues, and provide necessary documentation.Provide administrative assistance to the sales, leasing, and property management teams, including preparing documents, managing schedules, and maintaining filing systems.Ensure all documentation related to property transactions is properly filed, recorded, and easily accessible for future reference.Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate administration or a similar role.

Knowledge of Ejari registration processes and RERA guidelines.

Familiarity with creating and managing property contracts.

A valid RERA card is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and real estate management software.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Salary: AED 3,000 - 6,000 per month (based on experience)
