Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing a warm welcome to visitors and clients, and ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.

- Ensure all guests enter their details into to visitor register

- Scheduling in person and online interviews of candidates with the CEO

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

- Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.

- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.

- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the company’s services/products.

- Support other departments with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Professional appearance and attitude.

- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
