Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Executive to join our car rental team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the car rental industry in Dubai and be familiar with administrative tasks and operational processes. This role is open to female candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Maintain records of rental agreements, customer information, and fleet inventory.
  • Handle invoicing, payment processing, and financial documentation.
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to rental services, policies, and pricing.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth rental experience.
  • Operations Coordination:
  • Coordinate bookings, fleet availability, and vehicle delivery/pickup schedules.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and liaise with service teams for timely repairs.
  • Software Management:
  • Utilize car rental management software (e.g., TARS, NODS, or similar systems) to process bookings, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure data accuracy in all operational and administrative systems.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure all operations comply with local UAE laws and regulations.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the car rental industry in Dubai.
  • Proficiency in car rental management software (e.g., TARS, NODS) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Female candidates only, as per job requirements.
  • Must currently reside in Dubai with valid documentation (visa and ID).
