As a Real Estate consultant/Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their real estate needs while also overseeing the management of residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:

Real Estate Agent Duties:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property requirements, and providing tailored solutions.

Property Listings: Create property listings, conduct property showings, and negotiate sales or rental agreements.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities in Dubai's real estate market.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing, and online resources.

Legal Compliance: Ensure all property transactions comply with Dubai's real estate laws and regulations.

Property Manager Duties:

Property Maintenance: Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations for managed properties.

Tenant Relations: Handle tenant inquiries, leasing, and address tenant concerns promptly and professionally.

Rent Collection: Ensure timely rent collection and manage financial aspects of property management.

Inspections: Conduct property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs or upgrades.

Legal and Documentation: Maintain accurate records, lease agreements, and legal documents related to property management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Manager in the Dubai market.
  • Valid Real Estate Broker License in Dubai. If not available, one will be provided
  • Excellent knowledge of Dubai's real estate laws and regulations.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
