Job Title: Office Girl/Waiter (Female Candidate – Tagalog Speaking)


Time period: Temporary Opening for 1 month - From 05th December 2024 to 07th January 2025


Location: Dubai Investment Park


Reports to: Office Manager


Department: Administration


Job Overview: The Office Girl/Waiter is responsible for providing a variety of support services within the office to ensure efficient operation, contributing to a clean and organized work environment, and offering beverages to staff and guests when required.


Key Responsibilities:


Hospitality Services:

Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.

Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages to employees and guests as requested.

Maintain cleanliness and order of the pantry and serving areas.

Office Support:

Assist with basic administrative tasks as assigned by the administrative staff.

Manage office supply inventory and report when items are low.

Provide photocopying, scanning, and filing support.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Keep office areas, meeting rooms, and restrooms clean and orderly.

Ensure regular sanitization of high-touch surfaces.

Dispose of waste and manage recycling responsibilities.

Assist in Meeting and Event Preparation:

Set up and clear meeting rooms before and after use.

Arrange necessary refreshments and equipment for meetings.

General Support:

Distribute and deliver internal communications and documents.

Run errands as needed, both within and outside the company premises.

Support other members of the Administrative, Accounts, Operations and HR team during peak times or special events.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Adhere to health and safety regulations in the preparation and serving of food and beverages.

Ensure all service areas are compliant with hygiene standards.

Skills and Qualifications:


Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage time efficiently and work autonomously.

Knowledge of catering and banquet service standards.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

Basic knowledge of Arabic or another language is a plus.

Work Environment:


Primarily office-based with tasks that require standing, walking, and carrying light loads.

Requires adherence to company policies and dress codes to maintain a professional environment.

This role supports the smooth operation of the office and contributes to creating a welcoming atmosphere for both employees and guests. The Office Girl/Waiter plays a crucial part in maintaining the office's operational efficiency and hospitality standards.
