We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will assist colleagues and managers through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- Highly organised and aspire to be key to the smooth running of an organization

- Use a word processing package such as Microsoft Word.

- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.

- Maintain and organize office files and records.

- Handle office supplies and inventory management.

- Prepare reports, quotes, presentations, and other documents as needed.

- Assist in general office duties and special projects.

- Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts

- Order and maintain orders and equipment

- Organise travel and accommodation for staff and other external contacts.

- Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information

- Create and maintain filing and other office systems


**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an office assistant or secretary will be a plus.

**Work Hours:** 9 hours / 6 days a week
