Key Responsibilities:

•?????Provide technical support to end users for desktop and laptop workstations.

•?????Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications and services.

•?????Manage and troubleshoot messaging gateways to ensure seamless communication.

•?????Support and configure voice and data switches, routers, and network infrastructure.

•?????Assist with the administration and support of the Avaya telephony system.

•?????Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

•?????Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and workflows.

•?????Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference.

Qualifications and Skills:

•?????Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.

•?????In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its various applications.

•?????Experience with messaging gateway configurations and management.

•?????Experience with voice and data switches, routers, and networking concepts.

•?????Experience with Avaya telephony systems is a plus.

•?????Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

•?????Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•?????Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified) are preferred.
