This role involves preparing and analyzing data for facility management proposals and offers, progress reports, and high-level presentations. The candidate should have a solid understanding of facility management terminology and abbreviations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis and Visualization:
Utilize Power BI, Excel, and SQL to analyze large datasets and generate insightful reports.
Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Perform data validation, cleaning, and transformation to ensure data integrity.
2. Proposal and Offer Preparation:
Collaborate with the facility management and engineering teams to develop technical proposals and technical presentations.
Analyze facility management and engineering data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Support the preparation of comprehensive facility management proposals that meet client requirements.
3. Progress Reporting and High-Level Presentations:
Prepare detailed progress reports to track project milestones and performance metrics like KPI, SLA ..etc.
Develop and deliver high-quality presentations using PowerPoint to communicate data insights and recommendations to senior management and clients.
Present data findings to clients and internal teams, effectively conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
4. Technical Expertise:
Apply advanced SQL techniques for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
Leverage Power BI to create interactive and dynamic data reports.
Utilize Excel for advanced data analysis, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
Apply engineering principles and technical knowledge to enhance data analysis and solution development.
Understand and use facility management terminology and abbreviations accurately in reports and presentations.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills in English.
6. Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics, facility management, and engineering.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance data analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in facility management and engineering.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
• Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint.
• Strong passion for data, numbers, and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating thoroughness and delivering results in an organized manner.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, technically challenging, and data-driven environment.
