Responsibilities:Perform routine and emergency maintenance on systems and equipment across Melodica branches, office, and warehouse.Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues related to electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components and systems in a timely manner.Operate and maintain tools and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls from various locations.Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to ensure seamless operations.Maintain basic inventories of maintenance supplies and tools.Flexibility to work night shifts as needed.Manage and coordinate a team of maintenance staff.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Utilize UAE valid driver's license to transport tools, equipment, and personnel between branches, the office, and the warehouse as needed.Qualifications:Proven experience in maintenance and repair work.Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.UAE valid driver's license is required.Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.Additional Requirements:Must be flexible with working hours, including night shifts, to accommodate maintenance needs.Walk-In Interview: We are conducting walk-in interviews on October 17th, Thursday.
