Document Controller/Admin Assistant/Secretary Required in Dubai

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized to join our team as a Document Controller/Admin Assistant/Secretary. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience as Document Controller/Admin Assistant/Secretary in Construction or Consulting company, be Fluent in English (written and oral), proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat, and can join immediately.


Responsibilities


Managing and organizing all company documents

Creating and maintaining document filing systems

Tracking document approvals and circulation

Preparing and distributing reports and correspondence

Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards

Answering and directing phone calls

Greeting and assisting visitors

Providing administrative support to management

Carry out additional duties as allocated by the direct Manager.





Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in business administration, office administration, or a related field

3+ years of experience in the above responsibilities.

Strong understanding of document management systems and procedures

Excellent administrative and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
