We Are Hiring: Accountant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our car care team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily financial records and accounting transactions.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Handle cash transactions and monitor daily income and expenses.
- Record customer payments and supplier expenses.
- Reconcile cash, card payments, and bank transactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, services, and operational expenses.
- Assist with VAT records and other accounting requirements.
- Coordinate with management regarding financial reports and discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Accountant, preferably in a car care center, automotive workshop, or garage.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, cash handling, and bank reconciliation.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
IMPORTANT: Candidates must have relevant accounting experience. Experience in a car care center, garage, or automotive business is highly preferred.
