We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Tadbeer / Domestic Workers Services.
• Strong sales and customer service experience.
• Experience handling leads, walk-in clients, calls, and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Knowledge of domestic worker services and Tadbeer procedures.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Professional, energetic, and customer-focused.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads.
• Handle client inquiries and understand their requirements.
• Recommend suitable domestic workers based on client needs.
• Convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up with clients until the service is completed.
• Coordinate with the operations team when required.
