Admin & HR Assistant
Key Responsibilities:Processing employment and residence visas through government portals and Amer Centers for employees and their familiesManaging medical insurance enrollment and renewalsHandling employee access cards and related administrative requirementsSalary processing through WPS (Wages Protection System)Document attestation and legalization proceduresTrade license renewals and amendmentsTenancy contract renewals and related documentationUtility bill payments and coordination with service providersSupporting HR and administrative operations for both Free Zone and Mainland entitiesMaintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations
Requirements:
1–2 years of relevant UAE experience in HR and Administration
Good knowledge of UAE labor and immigration procedures
Experience working with Free Zone and Mainland companies
Familiarity with government portals, Amer Centers, and WPS processing
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
