The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and written skills, demonstrate a polite and courteous demeanor with clients, and be dedicated to providing exceptional service. The primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage studio and equipment bookings, coordinate inquiries, and ensure smooth operations to meet client expectations.Key Responsibilities:

Studio Booking Management: Handle all aspects of studio rental bookings, including scheduling, confirmation, and follow-up with clients to ensure seamless reservation processes.

Equipment Rental Coordination: Manage requests for equipment rentals, ensuring availability, proper documentation, and timely delivery or setup.Inquiry Handling:** Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing accurate information and exceptional customer service.

Client Communication: Maintain polite, professional, and positive interactions with clients to foster good relationships and repeat business.Administrative Support:** Maintain detailed records of bookings, client details, and equipment inventory. Prepare necessary documentation, contracts, and invoices.Team Collaboration:** Coordinate with internal teams, including technical staff and management, to ensure all client needs are met and operations run smoothly.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issues or concerns efficiently, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.Qualifications & Skills:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a hospitality, studio, or event management environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Polite, friendly, and professional demeanor.Ability to work diligently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient in MS Office applications and booking management systems.Hospitality or customer service background is highly desirable.

Hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented.Work Environment:This role involves interacting with clients, managing reservations, and coordinating logistics in a dynamic studio setting.
