Job Title: Car Showroom Sales Advisor
Location: Ras Al Khor, UAE
Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years of car sales experience in Dubai (mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Car Showroom Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Dubai automotive market and a strong ability to convert showroom visitors into customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Present vehicle features, specifications, and pricing clearly
  • Conduct test drives and explain product benefits
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available stock and promotions
  • Handle customer inquiries (walk-in, phone, and online)
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Assist with documentation and closing sales deals

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of car sales experience in Dubai (required)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of cars and current market trends
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Presentable and professional appearance
  • Basic computer skills (CRM systems preferred)
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience working in a car showroom or automotive dealership in the UAE
  • Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic, or other languages are an advantage)
  • Experience with automotive CRM systems or sales software
  • Strong customer service background
