 Personal Assistant (PA) / Coordinator(Must have a valid own visa /NOC)

Location: Sharjah

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support to management. The ideal candidate should be able to manage schedules, handle communications, and coordinate daily operations efficiently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of management
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Organize travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
  • Liaise with internal departments and external clients
  • Monitor tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks

Requirements:

  • Male candidate, age not more than 40 years
  • Preferred nationality: Asian
  • Valid UAE driving license (Preferred)
  • Must have a valid own visa (freelance/partner/spouse visa, etc.)
  • Must provide a valid NOC from the sponsor
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
