About the Role
OVO Signature operates a fast-paced, multi-brand fashion company in Dubai specialising in luxury evening ready-to-wear and haute couture. We are looking for a reliable, presentable, and hardworking Office Boy to support the smooth daily operations of our office and production facility. This role is essential to keeping our workplace clean, organised, and running efficiently so that every team member can focus on delivering their best work.
What You'll Do
Office Cleanliness & Upkeep — Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable office environment at all times including workstations, meeting rooms, reception areas, and pantry; carry out daily and periodic cleaning routines without needing to be reminded
Beverage & Hospitality Service — Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors; ensure the pantry is always stocked, clean, and ready to serve at any time during working hours
Document & Parcel Handling — Assist with collecting, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing documents, packages, and deliveries; run errands and make drop-offs as directed by management or the relevant team
Stationery & Supplies Management — Monitor office supply levels including stationery, cleaning materials, and pantry stock; report shortages to the relevant person and assist with restocking in a timely manner
Support Across Departments — Provide general assistance to the production, design, admin, and management teams as needed; carry out tasks assigned by any department head promptly and without complaint
Visitor Assistance — Welcome and direct visitors, couriers, and delivery personnel professionally and courteously; notify the relevant staff member upon arrival of any guest or delivery
Photocopying & Basic Admin Support — Operate the printer, photocopier, and scanner as instructed; assist with basic filing, document preparation, and any light administrative tasks as needed
Errands & Outdoor Tasks — Run company errands including bank visits, supplier pickups, and other off-site tasks as directed; ensure all outdoor tasks are completed accurately and on time
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a similar office boy, office assistant, or facilities support role is preferred Reliable, punctual, and disciplined with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over daily tasks Presentable appearance and professional conduct at all times in and around the workplace Physically fit and capable of handling light lifting, moving items, and being on the go throughout the working day Honest, trustworthy, and discreet when handling office materials, documents, or any confidential items Basic understanding of English to follow instructions and communicate with the team A positive, willing attitude with the ability to take initiative without waiting to be directed Experience working within a fashion, retail, or creative company environment is an advantage.
