We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts & Finance Manager to join our client's real estate operations in Ajman on a contract basis. The role will focus on managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

Lead the preparation and management of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Monitor financial performance, evaluate variances, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Ensure compliance with local regulatory and statutory requirements. Supervise and manage month-end and year-end closing activities.

Revenue Management

Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies to enhance profitability and occupancy levels. Conduct market analysis to determine competitive pricing for rental units. Manage pricing strategies, inventory allocation, and booking channel performance to maximize revenue. Utilize dynamic pricing models to respond effectively to market demand and competition while generating regular revenue performance reports.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs. Implement strategies to optimize working capital and improve financial efficiency through effective cash forecasting and fund management.

Budgeting & Cost Control

Prepare and manage organizational and departmental budgets aligned with business objectives. Implement cost control measures to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and timely submission of statutory filings. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

Process Improvement & Financial Governance

Enhance financial processes by implementing standardized accounting practices and unified reporting structures across group entities. Ensure alignment with internal policies, cross-functional workflows, and regulatory requirements to maintain transparency, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Intercompany Coordination & Integration

Strengthen financial integration across group companies through a unified chart of accounts, structured intercompany reconciliations, and standardized documentation. Implement automated reporting systems to support seamless financial consolidation and timely decision-making.

Financial Strategy & Advisory

Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Evaluate financial feasibility for new projects and expansion initiatives. Contribute actively to business planning and strategic decision-making.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead and mentor the finance team to drive performance excellence and professional growth. Foster collaboration within the finance department and across business units. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive guidance to team members.

Compliance & Internal Controls

Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure strict adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards. Support internal audit readiness through structured monitoring, compliance practices, and disciplined financial governance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years’ experience in an accounting/auditing/consulting firm preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices and VAT regulations.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.).
  • CPA, CMA, CA or ACCA preferred
