Office & Digital Operations Coordinator needed for IT company in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s /Master's degree in any field
  • Min 2 year experience in office coordination and Administration (most preferably in UAE)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Flawless knowledge in computer work, browsing, MS Office Suite(excel), AI softwares and designing (flyers, ads, document templates, etc.)
  • Knowledge in basic accounting and social media marketing
  • Familiarity with basic technical terms
  • Efficient customer service through phone

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly.
  • Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
  • Manage communication channels, such as phone calls and emails.
  • Telecom Sales & Marketing
  • Design and prepare quotation, invoice and other documents? when needed.
  • Plan and design creative ads and campaigns.
  • Deal with clients, contractors and vendors.
  • Manage data entry and other record-keeping tasks.
  • Oversee office supplies to ensure resources are available when needed.

Salary : AED 2000 - 2500 per month
