Receptionist and Social Media Marketing Specialist (Female)

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled female professional to handle both reception duties and manage our social media presence, ensuring a warm welcome for guests and a strong online brand presence.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive female professional to serve as both Receptionist and Social Media Marketing Specialist. This role is central to managing our front office operations and executing effective social media strategies to enhance our market presence and customer engagement.

Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a friendly and professional greeting. Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail; ensure proper distribution and provide necessary information Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area. Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and video. Monitor online activity and engage with users, fostering positive interactions. Track and report on social media performance and SEO to refine marketing strategies. Coordinate with other team members to ensure brand consistency and timely responses to inquiries both online and in-person. Requirements: Proven experience in administrative roles and social media management. Strong understanding of the latest marketing trends and social media best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. High school diploma required; further education in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
