Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Maintain a comprehensive database of customer interactions and sales activities.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events and exhibitions.
